ExEd Program Funding
The Office of Experiential Education currently has funds available to support experiential education in Indianapolis. The Office of ExEd is seeking proposals for two types of funding opportunities: Building and Scaling ExEd in Indianapolis and ExEd Research and Scholarship in Indianapolis.
Building & Scaling ExEd in Indianapolis
Up to 4 grants up to $5,000 each
The Office of Experiential Education (ExEd) is allocating funds to support the development and scaling of experiential education programs in Indianapolis. All eligible programs must be in alignment with the university's definition of ExEd.
Eligible programs include:
- Existing ExEd programs that can be converted or redesigned from their previous IUPUI context to serve Purdue students in Indianapolis.
- Existing ExEd programs that will be scaled from West Lafayette to Indianapolis.
- New ExEd programs that will launch by fall 2025.

ExEd Research & Scholarship in Indianapolis
Up to 5 grants - $1,000 each
The Office of Experiential Education (ExEd) is allocating funds to support research and scholarship of experiential education taking place in Indianapolis and the surrounding area. The research area of focus must be in alignment with the university's definition of ExEd.The scholarship of experiential education involves the systematic study of experiential education programs or practices and the dissemination of findings into the scholarly community.
